Martha’s Moment

Martha’s Moment was created in memory of Martha B. Dicus to remember those lawyers who passed too soon, but during their lifetimes, displayed a tremendous commitment to public and professional service in the legal community.

Nominations are not sought for this award – it is determined by the Board of Directors.
